1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at mysunnypet.us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Booking & Cancellation

When you request an appointment, we will contact you to confirm the date and time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pet Health & Safety

The safety of your pet is our primary concern. Owners must disclose any health issues, allergies, or aggressive behavior before the grooming session. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our staff or itself.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, mysunnypet is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions or injuries resulting from undisclosed pet behaviors or health issues.
