Most sessions take between 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of your pet and the specific services requested. For in-home visits, the time may be slightly shorter as there is no waiting time.
Yes, for the safety of all our furry clients and staff, we require up-to-date Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations for all dogs.
We specialize in 'Rustic Comfort.' Our groomers are trained in low-stress handling techniques. If a pet is extremely aggressive, we may suggest an 'in-home' visit or a split session approach to ensure their well-being.
We generally recommend every 4 to 8 weeks depending on the breed and coat type. Regular grooming helps prevent matting and maintains healthy skin and paws.
For drop-off services, we find pets are calmer when owners are not in the room. For In-Home Grooming, you are welcome to be nearby, though we recommend giving the groomer space to establish a bond with your pet.
